Our Staff
The cornerstone of Morgan/Alliance is our outstanding group of trained, experienced workers. We employ over 35 salaried staff and engineers, more than 20 in our machine shop and 45 in our assembly, structural and maintenance departments.

Complete In-House Engineering Department
We have five professional engineers (P.E.) on staff, and employ 18 people in our engineering department on average. Using CAD/CAM and Finite Element Analysis Capabilities our engineers have the skill and resources to bring your concepts to life. Our engineering services include:

• Computerized fatigue, seismic analysis and finite element analysis capability
• Modernization recommendations
• Increase capabilities on present equipment
• Design changes and modifications
• Crane inspections

Production and Maintenance Staff
Ninety percent of our production and maintenance employees are highly skilled. They are non-union and made up of machinists, assemblers, electricians, fitters and welders. To ensure quality workmanship, we have a state accredited apprentice program for our machinists and internal training programs for welders, fitters and assemblers.
