| Morgan Engineering Systems has
purchased the physical assets of Alliance Machine Co. in
Alliance, Ohio, effective July 1, 2002. This allows the
preservation of engineering records for all existing
customers.
The Morgan/Alliance business will provide continuing
service to all existing customers. The future business
environment will determine the utilization of the
Alliance Machine buildings and equipment. Staffing
levels will be based on orders received in the coming
months.
The machine shop at Alliance Machine is currently
being staffed and is operational.
The additional facility space and equipment will
enable MORGAN ENGINEERING to enhance its production
capabilities.
