Located in Alliance, Ohio, we believe skilled trades and engineering education play a critical role in strengthening the region’s workforce. Through our engineering development program and school partnerships, we expand awareness of careers in manufacturing, skilled trades, and engineering, building the talent pipeline that sustains our industry and community. Together with educators, we are helping develop the next generation of welders, machinists, engineers, and problem solvers.

Partnership Opportunities 

Morgan Engineering partners with Northeast Ohio schools to give students and educators direct exposure to the people, processes, and technology behind advanced material handling systems. 

Through our skilled trades and engineering outreach program, we open our doors and share our expertise to help students better understand what careers in skilled trades and engineering truly look like.

Classroom Visits 

Our engineers and skilled trades professionals visit high schools and career technical education programs to discuss: 

• What we design and manufacture 

• The role of welders, machinists, electricians, and engineers 

• The skills and training required for these careers 

• Career pathways within modern manufacturing 

Students gain practical insight into day-to-day responsibilities, advancement opportunities, and the value of technical education. 

Facility Tours & Lunch and Learn Events

We invite students and educators to our Alliance facility for guided tours and events that provide an up-close look at our equipment, engineering processes, and manufacturing operations. Visitors see firsthand how skilled trades professionals and engineers work together in a real production environment and learn about the range of career opportunities available within our industry. 

Together, these experiences connect classroom learning to real-world application and help strengthen the future workforce of Northeast Ohio.
