How the Morgan Engineering Safety Calendar Competition Works
Each student was given a prompt that encouraged them to draw a colorful image about any safety topic that they felt was important at home, at school, or in the workplace.
“The safety calendar contest supports our school’s core value of safety by reinforcing one of our four schoolwide expectations—being safe. It gives students an opportunity to think about what safety looks like in all areas of the school and encourages them to develop safe habits they can use both in and out of school.”
Erica Jackson, Principal of Alliance Intermediate School
Alliance City School Student Winners
There were twelve winning students from the Alliance City School District, four from each school, who had their drawings selected to be featured in the calendar.

Drawing Contest’s Impact on Alliance City Schools and Workplace Safety
Morgan Engineering is proud to donate $1,000 to each school for safety and STEM-related resources to reinforce a commitment to education and safety.
Lesli Waller, Principal of Alliance Elementary School, says, “We utilize the funds to back our Positive Behavior incentives. Students are motivated to apply their understanding of careers and associate safety protocols in their artwork.”
Each student winner received their drawings professionally framed and a $25 gift card. In addition, all twelve student winners and staff at each school will receive a copy of the finished Morgan 2026 Safety Calendar.
Morgan Engineering’s Community Support Beyond Crane Operation Safety
Morgan is proud to see this contest continue each year, providing students with a meaningful opportunity to develop both their artistic abilities and their understanding of safety.
“We continue to participate [in the Safety Calendar Drawing Contest] because it is meaningful for our students,” says Lori Gasparik, Alliance Early Learning School Principal. “It engages our kiddos in a fun, creative project while deepening their understanding of safety.”
